TheWorldVote is an informal, anonymous online voting platform that allows users to cast votes, submit voting topics, and post anonymous comments on global issues. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
TheWorldVote is NOT a scientific polling service. Results are based on voluntary, anonymous participation and may not be representative of any population. Results should not be used for official, legal, political, or commercial decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any voting results.
We implement technical measures (IP hashing and device fingerprinting) to limit duplicate votes. However, we cannot guarantee that all duplicate votes are prevented. Users who intentionally circumvent these measures (e.g., via VPN or multiple devices) violate the spirit of the service.
By using TheWorldVote, you agree not to: (a) Submit false, misleading, or manipulative voting topics. (b) Attempt to artificially inflate or deflate vote counts. (c) Submit topics or comments that are offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or illegal. (d) Use automated tools or bots to vote or post comments. (e) Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service. (f) Impersonate any person or entity. (g) Post spam, advertisements, or external links in comments.
All submitted voting topics are reviewed by our admin team before publication. Comments are filtered automatically for prohibited content. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content — including comments — at our sole discretion without prior notice.
TheWorldVote allows users to post anonymous comments without account registration. All comments are submitted voluntarily by anonymous users. TheWorldVote does not verify the identity of comment authors and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-submitted comments. Comments represent the views of the anonymous individual poster only and do not reflect the views of TheWorldVote. We disclaim all liability arising from comments posted by users, including but not limited to defamatory statements, misinformation, or offensive content.
Users may report comments they believe violate these Terms using the "Report" button. We review reported content and reserve the right to remove any comment that violates our policies, without notice or explanation. Reporting does not guarantee removal; we exercise sole discretion in moderation decisions. Abuse of the reporting system is itself a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to block IP addresses from accessing or using portions of our service, including the ability to post comments. IP blocking may be applied when a user repeatedly violates these Terms, posts prohibited content, engages in spam or harassment, or otherwise abuses the platform. Blocked IPs are stored as irreversible SHA-256 hashes and cannot be used to identify individuals. If you believe your IP has been blocked in error, contact us at theworldvote9@gmail.com.
TheWorldVote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TheWorldVote and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Voting topics and comments submitted by users remain the property of the submitter, but by submitting, users grant TheWorldVote a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use the content on the platform.
TheWorldVote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on voting results, or any harm arising from user-generated comments. In no event shall TheWorldVote's liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the service.
Users are solely responsible for any content they submit to TheWorldVote, including images, text, voting topics, and comments. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions. TheWorldVote is not responsible for content submitted by users and does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
If you believe that content on TheWorldVote infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to theworldvote9@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice". Your notice must include: (a) Your full legal name and contact information. (b) A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. (c) The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our site. (d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner. (e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content, within 48 hours of receipt. Counter-notices may be submitted in accordance with the DMCA.
